African American Homeschoolers of Atlanta

Meet other local families taking responsibility for educating their childen by using resources in the home and community.
This MeetUp is open to ALL homeschoolers of any race and is inclusive of all families that believe our children should appreciate themselves and those who live in the world with them. However, since support for the specific needs of African American homeschool families is limited in our area, we will focus primarily on activities that will cultivate African American education and representation in the homeschool community of Metro Atlanta.
I look forward to meeting you at upcoming playdates, field trips, book clubs, and whatever activities our group members need to continue to be successful homeschoolers. Most of all, let's support one another as families with like beliefs on taking responsibility for our children's education.
