Legal concerns for homeschoolers

Hello, Fellow Homeschooling Moms!

Has anyone had any legal issues with homeschooling? I have heard some "horror stories" (about school officials, nosy neighbors, etc.) and was wondering if anyone had any stories they would like to share. (Or questions they wanted to ask.)
