Homegrown Learners is a Christian homeschooling group geared toward families with elementary aged children. We meet weekly on Friday mornings with varied activities such as field trips, science lessons, park & game days, volunteer projects and Mom’s Night Out. We also try to have a few family days as well. This group is going to study the books and lectures of Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Waldorf education. During our Meetup study groups we will take turns reading from a selected book or set of lectures and discuss the material in order to gain a deeper understanding. Our meetups will be in the evening in Round Rock and possibly Cedar Park.
