Homeschooling is amazing, but not always easy and finding others who can relate is wonderful. I hope that we can have simple meetups at parks, etc and have more exciting field trip-type opportunities. I am interested in starting a project group for homeschooled kids based on the book Project-based Homeschooling by Lori Pickert (she also has a website--http://project-based-homes
chooling.com/camp-creek-blog/). We could create as many groups as needed and meet a few times a week. Lori specifically writes about not segregating kids by age so all ages would be great. We can also do playdates and activities outside of project time.
